There are two Enterprise locations in Fort Myers. One is at the airport and is open from 7:30am-10:00pm weekdays and 7:30am-9:00pm on the weekend. The second location is a few blocks from the site at 2509 Fowler Street. The Fowler Street location is open from 7:30am-6:00pm weekdays and from 8:30am-12:00pm on Saturday. If you need to pick up a car during times when Enterprise is closed, call the number above at least 24 hours in advance and they will make arrangements for you to get the car.
